SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING INFO & LEAD TIME

All our signs are made to order, and once payment has been received, you can usually expect to receive your LED neon sign within 14 to 21 days. During busy periods, this may be longer, but we will always inform you of the expected to lead time before placing your order. You will also be notified via email once your order has been shipped.

If you have any questions regarding your order at any point, please email info@lightznbitz.co.uk and we will update you accordingly.

If you have ordered a custom-made order with us, please ensure to check your emails for your proof. We will also need a reply from you via email to confirm you are happy to proceed before we can make a start on your sign.

COURIER INFO

​

We offer free delivery to UK mainland only, other areas will incur an additional charge.

 

All timed services including by 9.30am, 10am, 12pm and 1pm aren't guaranteed but this is down to the courier and not the responsibility of Lightz 'n' Bitz Limited.

 

Some areas will be subject to surcharges. Any customs charges for overseas shipments will be payable by the receiver should they arise and not Lightz 'n' Bitz Limited. We supply all documentation to accompany your shipment.

 

Shipments to and from remote areas nationally and internationally on all services may be subject to delay and possible service downgrade

Consignments collected and or delivered in certain areas in Scotland, Wales, Cornwall, Northern Ireland and Offshore Islands including international may be subject to delay with all Carriers .

RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS

​

Due to our signs being custom-made to order we are unable to offer refunds if you change your mind on your sign. As soon as the payment is received, our signs go into production so no refunds will be offered after this point.
 

SUSPECTED FAULTY PRODUCTS

 

In the very rare occasion that there is a fault with your sign, we will always ensure to resolve the issue and may fix, replace, refund, or partially refund the product. Please ensure to notify us within 10 days of receiving your order to info@lightznbitz.co.uk

The final resolution for faulty products, including refunds for the cost of the product and/or shipping, is decided on a case-by-case basis by Lightz ‘n’ Bitz and is dependent on the source of the fault.

 

DAMAGES DURING TRANSIT

 

In the very rare occasion that your sign has defects, arrives damaged/broken please send images of the sign including a short description of the issue to us via email info@lightznbitz.co.uk.

 

We will review the issue and once we have verified the mistake, we can reproduce the LED neon sign if required. Please note - you have 10 days from receiving your sign to file the complaint.

WARRANTY RETURNS

 

If an item falls within the warranty period, we will require it to be returned to us so we can inspect it before we can issue a replacement.

 

Please note, you will need to arrange and pay for the shipping of this.

 

GIFT CARDS

 

Our Gift Cards have and expiration date of 12 months and cannot be refunded. Unfortunately, any unused balances cannot be transferred or refunded.
